| 摘 要： | 糖尿病下肢神经病变是糖尿病常见并发症。超声现已逐渐用于诊断及治疗糖尿病周围神经病,其中高频超声能显示神经走行、内部结构及内部血流等变化,神经超声弹性显像可提供神经的软硬度信息,超声造影则可作为定量评价神经血流灌注的方法。本文针对超声在糖尿病下肢神经病变中的应用进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | Diabetic lower extremity neuropathy is common complication of diabetic mellitus. Ultrasonography is gradually applied in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, the changes of the course, internal structure and internal blood flow of nerves can be detected with high resolution ultrasonography, the stiffness of nerves may be displayed with ultrasound elastography, while contrast-enhanced ultrasound can be used as a quantitative evaluation method of nerve blood flow perfusion. The advances of utilization of ultrasonography in diabetic lower extremity neuropathies were reviewed in this article. |
