| 摘 要： | 目的了解广东省广宁县美沙酮门诊就诊者HⅣ、HCV和梅毒感染状况。方法采集广东省广宁县美沙酮门诊就诊者静脉血标本261份,进行HⅣ、HCV和梅毒血清学检测。结果 261名美沙酮门诊就诊者中,HIV抗体阳性4例(1.53%),HCV抗体阳性119例(45.59%),梅毒抗体阳性7例(2.68%);HIV/HCV合并感染1例(0.38%),梅毒/HCV合并感染3例(1.15%)。结论广东省广宁县美沙酮门诊就诊者中HCV感染率较高,且存在重叠感染,应积极开展针对性的干预措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the prevalence of HIV,HCV and syphilis infection at the methadone clinics in Guangning county.Methods The veinal blood samples of 261 patients at the methadone clinics were tested for their HIV,HCV and syphilis antibodies.Results The positive rates of HIV,HCV and syphilis infections among the 261 methadone clinic patients were 1.53%(4/261),45.59%(119/261) and 2.68%(7/261) respectively.The double positive rates of HIV combined with HCV,syphilis combined with HCV were 0.38%(1/261),1.15%(3/261) respectively.Conclusion The prevalence rate of HCV is relatively high at the methadone clinics in Guangning county and there are overlapping infections;pertinent individual intervention measures should be carried out timely. |
