阿戈美拉汀与帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症失眠的疗效对比

目的对比帕罗西汀和阿戈美拉汀治疗抑郁症失眠的疗效。方法选取2017-01—2020-01新乡医学院第二附属医院治疗的抑郁症失眠患者150例,依据随机化原则分为阿戈美拉汀组(n=75)和帕罗西汀组(n=75),观察2组患者的抑郁程度、焦虑程度、睡眠质量、生活质量、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果阿戈美拉汀组患者治疗后较治疗前的HAMD评分、HAMA评分、PSQI评分降低幅度及SF-36评分升高幅度均显著高于帕罗西汀组(P<0.05)。阿戈美拉汀组总有效率为96.0%(72/75),帕罗西汀组为68.0%(51/75),阿戈美拉汀组显著高于帕罗西汀组(P<0.05)。在不良反应发生率方面,阿戈美拉汀组为9.3%(7/75),帕罗西汀组为12.0%(9/75),2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿戈美拉汀治疗抑郁症失眠的疗效显著优于帕罗西汀。

Comparison of efficacy of agomelatin and paroxetine in the treatment of depression and insomnia

Objective To compare the efficacy of paroxetine and agomelatin in the treatment of insomnia of depression.Methods Totally 150 cases of patients with depression and insomnia in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were retrospectively se?lected.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into two groups:agomelatin group(n=75)and paroxetine group(n=75).The depression,anxiety,sleep quality,quality of life,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were statistically ana?lyzed.Results After treatment,the decreases of HAMD score,HAMA score,PSQI score and increases of SF-36 score of the agomel?atonin group were significantly higher than the paroxetine group(P<0.05).In terms of total effective rate,96.0%(72/75)in the agomelatin group and 68.0%(51/75)in the paroxetine group,the former was significantly higher than the latter(P<0.05).The inci?dence of adverse reactions was 9.3%(7/75)in the agomelatin group and 12.0%(9/75)in the paroxetine group.The difference be?tween the two groups was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of agomelatonin is more significant than parox?etine in the treatment of insomnia of depression.
