| 摘 要： | 目的：采用Meta分析方法比较利培酮与舒必利治疗精神分裂症阴性症状的临床疗效。方法：将利培酮与舒必利治疗精神分裂症阴性症状的16个中文的随机对照研究进行再分析。结果：16个研究的合并效应量（WMD）为-0．58（-1．37，0．21；P〉0．05）。阳性与阴性症状量表（PANSS）阴性因子（N）亚组的WMD为-0．84（-1．91，0．24；P〉0．05）；阴性症状评定量表（SANS）亚组的WMD为0．19，（-0．77，1．15；P〉0．05）。结论：利培酮与舒必利对精神分裂症阴性症状的疗效无显著差别。

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the efficacy of risperidone and sulpiride in treating the negative symptoms of schizophrenia by meta-analysis. Method:Sixteen randomized control study of risperidone and sulpiride published in Chinese were taken into meta-analysis. Results:Total effect size(weighted mean difference,WMD) of sixteen study was -0.58,95% confidence interval (95%CI) was(-1.37,0.21;P>0.05);WMD of negative subgroup of positive and negative symptom scale (PANSS-N) was -0.84,95%CI was(-1.91,0.24;P>0.05);WMD of score of the assessment of negative symptoms (SANS) sub-group was 0.19,95%CI was (-0.77,1.15,P>0.05). Conclusion:There are no significant difference between risperidone and sulpiride on efficacy of negative symptoms in the treatment of schizophrenia. |
