| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨文拉法辛治疗抑郁症的疗效和不良反应。方法：用Meta分析对13项文拉法辛与其他抗抑郁药治疗抑郁症对照研究的文献进行再分析。结果：文拉法辛治疗抑郁症前后症状学变化差异有非常显著性，与对照药比较文拉法辛起效较快，两组疗效相仿；文拉法辛引起恶心呕吐明显多于对照药物。结论：文拉法辛与对照药的疗效相仿，但起效快。不良反应各不相同。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the efficacy and side effect of venlafaxine in the treatment of depression. Method:13 comparative studies of venlafaxine and other antidepressants in the treatment of depression were analyzed by meta-ananlysis. Results:There were significant differences in symptoms before and after venlafaxine treatment.Venlafaxine had a similar treatment effect to other controlled antidepresants.But venlaxfaxin had a earlier effect and more nausea and vomit. Conclusion:Venlafaxine has a similar clinical efficacy,different side effects and a rapid treatment effect compared with other antidepressants. |
