| 摘 要： | 胰岛素样生长因子（IGFs）是一类具有广泛生物学功能的细胞因子，可促进细胞增殖、分化，抑制凋亡，还具有胰岛素样的生物学活性。IGF系统失调会引发多种疾病，其在诊断和治疗中具有独特价值。本文从IGFs结构、IGF受体、IGF结合蛋白及其对IGFs活性的调节、临床应用前景等方面综述了这一领域近年的国内外研究进展。

| Abstract: | Insulin-like growth factors(IGFs) mediate multiple effects in vivo,including cell proliferation,cell differentiation,inhibition of apoptosis,and insulin-like activity.Disorder of IGFs can cause many diseases.IGFs have specific value in disease diagnosis and treatment.The advances in structures,receptors,IGF binding proteins,regulation of activity and potentially clinical prospect of IGFs are reviewed. |
