| 摘 要： | 目的：观察湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗Ⅱ度烧伤的疗效。方法：选择Ⅱ度烧伤病员，全程应用MEBO治疗，同时酌情给予抗休克，抗感染、对症、支持及全身性治疗。结果：120例病员全部治愈，仅有7例深Ⅱ度面积超过20％TBSA的留有小面积的轻度瘢痕，且不影响功能。结论：MEBT／MEBO治疗Ⅱ度烧伤方法简单，疗效可靠，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBT/MEBO in treating 2 nd degree burn wounds. Method: Patients with 2 nd degree burn were treated in the whole course with MEBT/MEBO and systemic treatment including anti shock, anti infection and expectant treatment. Result: 120 patients were all cured. 7 cases with deep 2nd degree burn area exceeding 20%TBSA, resulted in superficial scar formation without dysfunction. Conclusion: MEBT/MEBO is very easy and simple to apply and has very good efficacy in treating 2 nd degree burn. |
