| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)在骨折处治疗皮肤烧伤创面的效果。方法：全程应用MEBO外涂烧伤创面，结合单侧多功能外固定架治疗骨折。结果：创面均I期愈合，无瘢痕形成，骨折对位愈合良好，针孔无感染。结论：骨折部位的皮肤烧伤创面外涂MEBO能促进创面愈合，有效避免感染，效果满意。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the efficacy of MEBO in treating burn in the fracture part of the limbs. Method: MEBO was applied in the whole course of treatment, associated with the treatment of the fracture using a unilateral multi-function rack. Result: All the wounds healed in 1st intention. No scar formed. The fracture also healed well. No infection occurred. Conclusion: Local application MEBO can promote burn wound healing in the fracture part of limbs. Infection can be avoided. The efficacy is very satisfactory. |
