| 摘 要： | 大面积烧伤病人要经过休克、感染、创面溶痂暴露、超高代谢、组织修复等过程，死亡率高，是目前烧伤治疗研究的重点。高海拔地区因海拔高，氧分压低等特点，对大面积烧伤治疗带来不利因素，我科根据本地特点，运用当今烧伤治疗的先进技术，在１４年间治愈大面积烧伤病人６６例，本文总结其治疗体会。

| Abstract: | xtensive burned patients usually go through the
processes of shock,infection. wound isolat-ed
exposure,hypermetabolism and tissue repair. The mortality rate is
quite high in these patients. The treatment of extensive burn is an
impotant aspect at present. High altitude brings un-favourable
factors for the treatment of extensive burn owing to the
characteristics of high altitudeand the lack of oxygen. Our
department applies the advanced technology of treating burn andcured
66 cases with extensive burn in 14 years. This article focuses on the
discussion of the treat-ment experience |
