早期切痂植皮治疗手背Ⅲ度烧伤44例总结

目的探讨早期切痂大张中厚自体皮移植治疗手背Ⅲ度烧伤的效果。方法对44例57只手背Ⅲ度烧伤患者,实施早期切痂大张中厚自体皮移植。皮肤成活拆线后,即行主、被动功能练习并借助各种器械辅助练习,同时配合药物、按摩、弹力压迫、浅部X线照射等综合康复治疗半年以上。结果本组患者全部治愈,经半年以上随访,功能与外观达优者42只手,良12只手,差3只手。结论早期切痂大张中厚自体皮移植及术后功能练习配合综合康复疗法,治疗手背Ⅲ度烧伤,效果好,功能恢复理想。

Early Crust Ablation and Self-skin Grafting for Degree Ⅲ Burn on Dorsal Hand

Objective To discuss the efficacy of early crust ablation and self-skin grafting with large intermediate thickness free flaps on Ⅲ°burn on dorsal hand.Methods Early crust ablation and self-skin grafting with large intermediate thickness free flaps were performed on 57 hands(44 patients) with Ⅲ°burn on dorsa.After the skin flaps survived and the stitches were taken out,the patients began to take active and passive exercise for longer than six months in virtue of various help appliances in addition to medication and comprehensive rehabilitation therapy such as massage,elastic press,surface X-ray radiation,and so on.Results All the patients were healed.In respect to function and appearance,there were 42 hands that got excellent after longer than six months' follow-up,12 hands that got good and three hands that were not good.Conclusion It is effective on degree Ⅲ°burn of dorsal hand that early crust ablation and self-skin grafting with large intermediate thickness free flaps.
