| 摘 要： | 熊果酸（ursolic acid,UA）是一种五环三萜类化合物，广泛存在于夏枯草、女贞子等多种药用植物中，具有多种生物活性。体内外研究表明，熊果酸抗瘤谱广，且对正常细胞毒性低，是一种理想的天然抗肿瘤候选药物，进行结构改造后具有更广泛的抗肿瘤活性。现综合国内外文献报道，对熊果酸及其衍生物抗肿瘤的作用进行综述。

| Abstract: | Ursolic acid is a pentacyclic triterpenoid compound widely distributed in various medicinal plants such as Prunella vulgaris L. and Ligustrum lucidum, and has various biological activities.In vitro and in vivo studies have shown that ursolic acid has a broad anti-tumor spectrum and low toxicity to normal cells, and is an ideal natural anti-tumor drug candidate.It has a wider anti-tumor activity after structural modification.A comprehensive report on domestic and foreign literature reports on the anti-tumor effects of ursolic acid and its derivatives. |
