| 摘 要： | 目的:研究冠心活血胶囊对异丙肾上腺素引起心肌缺血后CK的影响。方法:采用异丙肾上腺素造成大鼠急性心肌缺血模型,研究冠心活血胶囊对心肌缺血后CK的影响。结果:在一定剂量范围内冠心活血胶囊对急性心肌缺血有一定的疗效。结论:冠心活血胶囊对心肌缺血具有显著的保护作用及有效降低心肌缺血中CK的溢出。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study that Effects of guanxinhuo xue capsules on CK of myocardial ischemia caused by Iso.Methods:Make the rats acute myocardial ischemia model by Iso.Studying effects of guan xin huo xue capsules on CK of myocardial ischemia.Results:In certain dose range.guanxinhuo xue capsules is have a useful for acute myocardial ischemia.Conclusion:Guanxinhuo xue capsules have a significant propective effect in the myocardial ischemia and Effectly reduce the overflow myocardial ischemia in the CK. |
