| 摘 要： | 褐藻糖胶是一类来自于海洋褐藻和无脊椎动物的杂多糖,主要成分为硫酸化的岩藻糖及少量的半乳糖、甘露糖、木糖及糖醛酸等。现有研究表明,褐藻糖胶具有诸多药理活性,如抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗凝血、免疫调节、抗菌抗病毒、降糖降血脂、神经保护等。本文对褐藻糖胶目前研究的主要药理活性进行了总结,以期为其进一步研究和开发提供参考。

| Abstract: | Fucoidan is a marine heteropolysaccharide extracted from brown algae and marine invertebrates. The structure of fucoidan is very complex which is mainly composed of sulfated fucose, a small amount of galactose, mannose, xylose and glucuronic acid. Fucoidan has important pharmacological activities such as anti-oxidation, anti-tumor, anticoagulant, immune regulation, antibacterial and anti-viral, hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic, neuroprotection. In this paper, we summarized the main pharmacological activities of fucoidan in order to provide references for further research and development. |
