感清糖浆醇溶性浸出物测定方法的研究

目的：建立感清糖浆醇溶性浸出物测定方法。方法：用超声方法对烘干物进行破碎处理，后用冷浸法测定10批样品。结果：测定该糖浆醇溶性浸出物的溶剂为正丁醇50 ml，用超声3 h进行前处理，后用冷浸法测定，确定本品含正丁醇浸出物不得少于0.25％。结论：经过试验，良好避开辅料干扰，建立了较实用的醇溶性浸出物测定法，并最终将合理方法及限度纳入标准（草案）正文。

Study on the Determination of Ethanol Soluble Extractives from Ganqing Syrup

OBJECTIVE：To establish the determination method for the ethanol soluble extractive from Ganqing syrup.METHODS： The torrefied substance was subjected to crushing treatment by ultrasonic method followed by determination of 10 batches of samples.RESULTS：n-butanol（50 ml） was used as the solvent for determining ethanol soluble extractive from Ganqing syrup;the ultrasonic pretreatment was performed for 3 hrs followed by determination by merceration.The content of n-butanol extract contained in the sample was established as no less than 0.25%. CONCLUSIONS： During the test, the interference from adjuvant materials was well-avoided, and a practical determination method for ethanol soluble extractives has been established and ultimately the rational method and limitation were included into the text of criteria （ protocol） .
