摘    要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定小儿七星茶颗粒中熊果酸的含量。方法:色谱柱为AgilentC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)分析柱;流动相:乙腈0.2%磷酸(90:10);流速:1.0ml·min-1;检测波长:215nm;柱温:30%;进样量:10M。结果:熊果酸线性范围为0.785~3.925μg(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.34%,RSD为1.38%(n=6)。结论:该方法准确可靠,可用于控制小儿七星茶颗粒的质量。

Abstract:Objective: To establish a method for the determination of ursolic acid in Xiaoer Qixingcha granules by HPLC. Methods: The Agilent C18 (250 mm ×4.6mm,5μm) column was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid(90: 10) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml·min-1 ,the detection wavelength was 215nm, the column temperature was 30℃ and the sample size was 10 μl. Results: The linear range of ursolic acid was 0.785 - 3. 925 μg ( r = 0. 999 9) and the average recovery was 99.34% with RSD of 1. 38% (n =6). Conclusion: The method is accurate and reliable, and can be used to control the quality of Xiaoer Qixingcha granules.
