摘    要:目的:建立小儿遗尿分散片中α-细辛醚、β-细辛醚的含量测定方法.方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法.色谱柱:Hypersil ODS C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);流动相:甲醇∶水(60∶40);检测波长:257 nm;柱温:30℃;流速:1.0 ml·min-1.结果:α-细辛醚在0.051~1.286 mg·ml-1范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.999 6,平均加样回收率为101.48%,RSD为1.07%;β-细辛醚在0.187~4.672 mg·ml-1范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.999 9,平均加样回收率为99.65%,RSD为1.31%.结论:所建立的方法简便、准确,可作为小儿遗尿分散片的质量控制方法.

Abstract:T Objective: To establish the method for determination of α-asarone and βasarone in children' s yiniao dispersible tab- lets. Method: RP-HPLC with Hypersil ODS Cls(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm)column was applied with methanol: water (60: 40) as the mobile phase, detection wavelength at 257 nm, column temperature at 30 ℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 ml-min-1. Result: The linear range of calibration curve was 0. 051-1. 286 mg·ml-1 for α-asarone (r =0. 999 6). The average recovery was 101.48% and RSD was 1.07%. The linear range of calibration curve was 0. 187- 4. 672 mg· ml-1 for β-asarone (r = 0.999 9). The average recovery was 99. 65% and RSD was 1.31%. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate, and can be used as a quality control method for children yiniao dispersible tablets.
