二甲双胍抗肺癌作用及其机制研究概述

摘 要 肺癌是世界范围内的常见癌症。研究发现，糖尿病及降糖药物均可影响肺癌的发病及预后。二甲双胍作为一线降糖药，其抗肿瘤作用已在多类细胞和动物实验中得到证实。二甲双胍的抗肺癌作用机制与对IGF 1R及AMPK/mTOR信号通路的调控相关。近年来流行病学研究显示，二甲双胍还可预防肺癌发生，改善肺癌预后，但研究结果显示两者的关系比较复杂。本文综合相关资料，综述降糖药二甲双胍对肺癌的作用及其作用机制的研究进展。

Research Advance in Anti lung Cancer Effect and Mechanism of Metformin

ABSTRACTLung cancer is one of the most common forms of cancer worldwide. The studies have found that diabetes and hypoglycemic drugs could affect the incidence and prognosis of lung cancer. As the first line drug used in the patients with type II diabetes, metformin shows anti tumor effects confirmed in many cell and animal experiments, and the underlying mechanism of anti cancer effect was related to the regulation of IGF 1R and AMPK/mTOR signal transduction pathway. The epidemiological studies in recent years have showed that metformin could prevent the incidence of lung cancer, and even improve the prognosis of lung cancer. However, the relationship between metformin and lung cancer is very complicated. This review focused on the new progress in the effects and mechanisms of metformin in the treatment of lung cancer.
