| 摘 要： | 目的:建立消瘤丸中姜黄素含量的高效液相色谱检测法.方法:采用Hypersil ODS-2C18(200 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.4%冰醋酸(45:55),流速1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长420 nm.结果:姜黄素在10～100μg·ml-1浓度范围内,含量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 2),平均加样回收率为96.6%,RSD为1.35%(n=5).结论:该方法简便,准确,灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于消瘤丸中姜黄素的含量测定.

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a method for the determination of curcumin in Xiaoliu pills by HPLC.Method:The Hypersil ODS-2 C18column（200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）was used,the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.4%glacial acetic acid solution （45:55）with a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min-1.The detection wavelength was 420 nm.Result:The calibration curve showed a good linearity over the range of 10～100μg · ml-1（r=0.9992）.The average recovery was 96.6%（RSD=1.35%,n=5）.Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate with high sensitivity and good repeatability.It can be used in the determination of curcumin in Xiaoliu pills. |
