脑胶质瘤PGE2含量检测及消炎痛抑制胶质瘤合成PGE2的实验研究

目的：探讨脑胶质瘤与ＰＧＥ２之间的内在联系，找出消炎痛类药物作为胶质瘤辅助治疗的可能性。方法：对２０例胶质瘤标本进行细胞培养１周，测其上清液中的ＰＧＥ２含量。对１０例胶质瘤细胞培养液中加入不同浓度中消炎痛溶液，培养１周后测其上清液ＰＧＥ２的含量。

Investigation into PGE2 Level in Glioma and Indomethacin Restraining Production of PGE2

Objective:To investigate the relationship between glioma and PGE2 and to find the possibility of indomethacin curing glioma. Methods:Twenty glioma samples were cultured and the levels of PGE2 were detected in supernatant of glioma cell cultures after seven days. Different concentrations of indomethacin were added into ten glioma cell cultures and the levels were detected after one week. Fifteen glioma patients had the serum PGE2 levels detected. Results:The level of PGE2 in gli-oma cultures was twice as high as in normal brain (P<0.01).Different concentrations of indomethacin could restrain glio-ma ' s production of PGE2 (P< 0.01). The levels of PGE2 in serum of glioma patients were higher than normal control. Con-clusion : Glioma could produce PGE2 when growing. Higher PGE2 levels were detected in glioma host. Indomethacin could re-strain glioma cell to produce PGE2 effectively. Indomethacin might be useful in glioma treatment.
