护理管理中人性化管理的应用价值

目的探讨人性化管理在护理管理中的应用价值。方法将在眼科工作＆gt;3年的30位女护士作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组各15人,对照组应用传统管理模式进行管理,试验组应用人性化管理模式进行管理,对2组成员的护理操作及格率、基础护理及格率、护理质量评分以及患者满意度进行比较。结果试验组的护理操作及格率、基础护理及格率、护理质量的评分情况都明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。满意度试验组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论人性化的护理管理可以有效地排解护理工作者的工作压力,给她们创造舒适的工作氛围,使她们的服务理念得到改变,整体素质也得到了很大程度的提高,值得推广。

Application value of humanized management in care management

Objective To study the application value of humanized management in care management. Methods 30 female nurses who worked in the Department of Ophthalmology of our hospital more than three years were as experimental object and were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,each group of 15 people. The control group were using traditional management mode,while the experimental group were using humanized management mode. The pass rate of nursing operation,pass rate of basic nursing,nursing quality score and patient satisfaction of 2 groups were compared. Results The pass rate of nursing operation,pass rate of basic nursing and nursing quality score in the experimental group were obviously better than that of the control group,the differences were statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Satisfaction survey showed that the experimental group was better than control group,the difference was statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Humanistic nursing management can effectively relieve nurses＇ working pressure,create comfortable working environment,change their service concept. And the overall quality has been greatly improved,which is the direction and trend of nursing management development and is worthy of promotion.
