摘    要:目的探讨液质联用法在杜仲颗粒中违禁化学成分测定的应用价值。方法选择30个批次的杜仲颗粒,以Sunfire TM C18柱为色谱柱,甲醇-0.1%甲酸(80∶20)为流动相,采用电喷雾电离子源(ESI)、质谱多反应监测(MRM)扫描方式,通过与标准谱库中的保留时间和MRM扫描图进行对比,鉴别杜仲颗粒中是否添加了化学物质。结果 30个批次的杜仲颗粒中未检测出违禁成分。结论采用液质联用法可以简便、快速地检测杜仲颗粒中的违禁化学成分,也可用于保健食品、中成药中添加化学成分的检测。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of liquid chromatography and mass spectroscopy(LC-MC) in the detection of compounds illegally added in Duzhong Keli.Methods 30 batches of Duzhong Keli were chosen.A Sunfire TM C18 column was used,with the mobile phase of methanol-0.1% formic acid(80:20).ESI was applied in multiple reaction monitoring(MRM) mode.To detect whether Duzhong Keli was added illegal compounds by compared with retention time and MRM spectrums of reference in library.Results 30 batches of Duzhong Keli were not detected being added illegal compounds.Conclusion Illegally added compounds can be detected out by LC-MC rapidly and conviniently,and LC-MC can also be used for detecting added compounds in health foods and Chinese patent drug.
