氟代香豆素的合成与抗肿瘤活性研究

摘    要:目的 合成具有抗肿瘤活性的氟代香豆素.方法 以四氯化锡(摩尔分数为5%) 为催化剂,取代酚与三氟乙酰乙酸乙酯(物质的量比1∶1.2),通过Pechmann缩合反应,合成氟代香豆素衍生物,以MTT法检测其抗肿瘤活性.结果 合成得到6种氟代香豆素,其中化合物1、3、4具有较好的抗肿瘤活性.结论 6种氟代香豆素中的化合物1、3、4具有开发成为抗肿瘤药物的前景.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE Synthesis of fluorinated coumarins of anti-tumor activity.METHODS Using tin tetrachloride(5mole%) as catalyst,substituted phenols and trifluoroacetyl ethyl acetate(molar ratio of 1∶1.2),through Pechmann condensation reaction,synthesize fluorinated coumarins derivatives and evaluate its anti-tumor activity with MTT method.RESULTS Synthesize six kinds of fluorinated coumarins,among which Compound 1,3 and 4 have good anti-tumor activity.CONCLUSION Compound 1,3 and 4 of six kinds of fluorinated coumarins,have the prospect for development into anticancer drugs.
