| 摘 要： | 目的：建立HPLC法测定鸟丹降脂颗粒中大黄素的含量。方法：固定相为C18ODS柱；流动相为甲醇-0．1％磷酸溶液；检测波长254nm。结果：大黄素标准对照品线性关系好，r=0．9999，样品平均回收率为97．55％，RSD=1．48％。结论：本法简便、准确、灵敏度高、重复性好，可用于该产品的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish a method of HPLC for detemination of emodin in Wudanjiangzhi Granules by HPLC. Method: C18ODS column was usd,the methanol-phosphate acid 0. 1%(85 : 15)was used as the mobile phase. The detecting wavelength was at 254nm. Result:The linear relation of emodin was good,r = 0. 9999,and the average recovery was 97. 55% with RSD=1. 48%. Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate,the precision and repllcationand were well,and can be used as a method for detemination of this product. |
