| 摘 要： | 乌腺金丝桃为滕黄科金丝桃属植物的干燥全草，具有通乳消痈、止血镇痛的功效，临床上用于治疗乳腺炎和功能性子宫出血等病。研究显示乌腺金丝桃主要含有黄酮类、挥发油、间苯三酚衍生物类成分，其中黄酮类成分应用广泛；药理实验证明其有抗心律失常、抗心肌缺血、抗肺动脉高压、抗炎镇痛、抗抑郁症、抗病毒以及抗肿瘤等作用，对乌腺金丝桃的药理作用的研究进展进行综述，以期为新药开发与临床应用提供参考。

| Abstract: | Hypericum attenuatum is dry whole grass of the genus Guttiferae hypericum. It has the effect of promoting lactation for resolving carbuncle, hemostasis and analgesia, and used for the treatment of mastitis and functional uterine bleeding and other diseases in clinic. The main chemical composition are flavonoids, volatile oil, phloroglucinol derivatives, and the flavonoids were widely applied. Pharmacological experiments have proved that Hypericum attenuatum has effects of anti-arrhythmia, myocardial ischemia, pulmonary hypertension, anti-inflammatory and analgesic, anti-depression, anti-virus and anti-tumor. The research progress of pharmacological action of Hypericum attenuatum was reviewed, which provided reference for the development and clinical application of new drugs. |
