中医综合疗法治疗退变性腰椎管狭窄症的临床研究

目的]观察以十步正骨法为主的中医综合疗法治疗腰椎管狭窄症的临床疗效。方法]将90例腰椎管狭窄症患者随机分成2组。治疗组45例,采取以十步正骨法为主的中医综合疗法治疗,并设对照组45例。疗程为1个月,治疗后随访期平均为1.2 a。采用腰背部疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)及日本矫外科协会(JOA)评分标准评定治疗效果。结果]治疗后两组VAS评分较治疗前均有显著性差异(P0.05),中医综合组较治疗前有高度显著性差异(P0.01);治疗后两组VAS评分比较有显著性差异(P0.05)。两组治疗后及随访时JOA分值比较差异有显著性差异(P0.05),中医综合治疗组疗效尤其在改善疼痛症状上优于对照组。结论]以十步正骨法为主的中医综合疗法治疗腰椎管狭窄症的疗效显著,并有较好的远期疗效。

Clinical research on treating regressive stenosis of lumbar vertebbrae with combined therapy

Objective] To evaluate the effect of the TCM therapy,including the ten-step bone-setting manipulation on vertebral stenosis (LDDS).Methods] Ninety LDDS patients were classified and randomly divided into two groups,i.e.the group treated with TCM therapy (n=45) and the control group (n=45).The therapeutic period continued for 1 month and the average follow up for 12 months.Visual analogue scale (VAS) and JOA value system were observed to assess the result.Results] There was a statistical difference on VAS values between two groups after therapy (P<0.05,P<0.01).There was also a statistical difference on JOA values (P<0.05) and the follow-up period (P<0.05) between two groups after therapy (P<0.05).The effect of reducing bone pain in TCM group was superior to that in control group.Conclusion] The TCM therapy has a better and more continuous therapeutic effect than that of the control group.
