摘    要:目的:研究三七总皂苷对脑出血大鼠前脑兴奋性氨基酸受体NR1的作用.方法:用免疫组化法观察胶原酶诱导的脑出血大鼠前脑内NR1在给药组和对照组的表达变化.结果:脑出血后大鼠前脑NR1在病灶内部少量表达,病灶周围、大脑皮质、海马等部位均有不同程度的高表达,给药组在皮层、病灶周围阳性细胞明显减少,反应强度减弱.结论:三七总皂苷明显降低NR1在病灶周围、皮层海马神经元的阳性表达,从而发挥对受损神经元的保护作用.

Abstract:AIM:To investigate the expression of excitatory amino acids receptor NR1 subunit of NMDA receptor in the rat forebrain with intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH).METHODS:An animal model of ICH which was injected with collagenase into the right caudate patumen of rats and immunohistochemical technique was used to study the expression of excitatory amino acids receptor NR1 subunit of NMDA receptor in the rat forebrain with ICH and the effect of Panax notoginseng saponins.RESULTS: The expression level of NR1 subunit of NMDA receptor increased respectably in surrounding hematoma,cortex,and hippocampus.While only a few positive cells were found in hematoma area,which were mainly neurons. The expression level of NR1 was much higher.CONCLUSION:Panax notoginseng saponins could reduce the expression of NR1 obviously and protect the damaged neurons.
