根尖周囊肿非手术治疗临床疗效观察

目的观察非手术治疗根尖周囊肿的远期疗效,探讨影响疗效的因素。方法通过根管预备、充分引流以及氢氧化钙糊剂超充等手段治疗直径在8mm以上根尖周囊肿31例,临床观察两年以上。结果 31例根尖囊肿经保守治疗后随访观察,痊愈25例（80.6%）,改善5例（16.1%）,失败1例（3.2%）,总有效率达96.8%。结论在充分引流以及适量超充情况下,根尖周囊肿可无需手术治疗就能获得满意结果。

Clinical observation on the long-term efficacy of non-surgical treatment for periapical cyst
