摘    要:目的:探讨不同程度急性低氧对家兔心室肌细胞去极和复极的影响。方法:采用两组家兔人工吸入12.5%和8.5%低氧气体,模拟海拔4000m和6500m高原急性低氧。于急性低氧前和急性低氧后5、10、15、20min,各时间记录心电图,测算Q-Tc和J-Tc间期。结果:急性低氧两组Q-Tc间期均延长。J-Tc间期12.5%低氧组延长,8.5%低氧组缩短。结论:急性低氧可改变家兔心肌去复极的不均一性。

Abstract:Objective:To study effect of different acute hypoxia on depolarization and repolarization of ventricular muscle sells of rabbit Methods:Acute hypoxia,12 5% O 2 and 8 5% O 2 (equivalent to altitudes of some 4000m and 6500m),was applied to two groups of rabbits each other.Keeping acute hypoxia for 5?10?15?20mins,electrocadiogram was recorded before applying acute hypoxia and during applying acute hypoxia accordingly and then the Q Tc and J Tc interval were calculated and analyzed Results:Normal Q Tc in two groups of acute hypoxia were significantly prolonged,and J Tc in groups of 12 5% O 2 was prologed,but shortened in groups of 8 5% O 2 Conclusion:Acute hypoxia can make ventricular depolarization and repolarization of rabbits disorder
