| 摘 要： | 目的：分析引起单侧眼球突出的副鼻窦疾病，并找出与眼球突出的关系。方法：对１２８例综合分析引起眼球突出常见的疾病及各种疾病的临床特点。结果：１２８例病例中包括粘液囊肿、恶性肿瘤、骨瘤、炎症合并息肉，副鼻窦粘液囊肿占首位，其次为恶性肿瘤。结论：现代诊断技术有助于疾病的诊断

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the sinus disease led to unilateral exophthalmos and to explore their relationship Methods: Analyzed the common diseases which led to unilateral exophthalmos and clinical feature of each diseases Results: Among 128 patients, included mucoceles, malignant tumours, osteomas, inflammation and polyps, the most was the mucocele of paranasal sinus, then the malignant tumour Conclusion: The modern diagnostic techniques is helpful to the exact diagnosis of this diseases |
