丹参注射液对血管内皮细胞氧化损伤保护作用的实验研究

目的：探讨中药复方丹参注射液对内皮细胞氧化损伤的保护作用，方法：以培养的人脐静脉内皮细胞为模型，使细胞在与氧化低密度脂蛋白（O－LDL）接触前后分别与丹参孵育48h，然后检测培养液及细胞匀浆中MDA（丙二醛），SOD（超氧化物歧化酶（，GSH－Px)谷光甘肽过氧化物酶（）的变化及细胞的增殖情况，结论：内皮细胞与丹参孵育后，再受到氧化损伤时，其SOD，GSH－Px的值均高于直接接触O－LDL的细胞，而MDA的值却明显降低，细胞增殖率也显著降低，结论：复方丹参注射液以在一定程度上保护内皮保护内皮细胞免于或减轻氧化损伤。

Experimental study on protective effect of Danshen for the cultured epithelial cells from injury by oxidized low density lipoprotein

Objective: To study the protective function of Danshen on the oxidative injury. Methods: The epithelial cells were cultured with Danshen before or after contacting with oxidative LDL(O-LDL).MDA, SOD, GSH-Px were measured in the culture medium and homogenate of epithelial cells. The cellular proliferation were observed by the method of MTT. Results: In the groups that cells were cultured with Danshen before or after exposing to the O-LDL, the concentration of SOD and GSH-Px were much higher than the groups that cells were directly contacted with O-LDL, but MDA was much lower, and they also had a lower cellular proliferation degree. Conclusion: Danshen can protect the epithelial cells from the oxidative injury.
