| 摘 要： | 与传统的考核方法相比,应用标准化病人进行临床技能考核,更能保证临床技能评估的全面、标准、客观、公正.以我院2007年度临床型外科学研究生终期考核为例,采用标准化病人考核临床技能,发现外科研究生在临床思维的整体性、临床工作的应变能力以及临床操作的规范性上存在很多不足之处,有待于今后在培训中进一步改进和加强.

| Abstract: | Using standardized patients to evaluate the students' clinical skill will be more overall,standardized,objective and impartial than the traditional method.Taking the 2007 academic year terminal examination of surgical post-graduate students for example,using standardized patientsto evaluate the students' clinical skills,the authors have discovered the inadequacy in thinkingintegrity,straining ability and operation specification,which should be improved and enhanced. |
