摘    要:案例教学法作为一种新的教学方法在许多学科已经得到广泛应用。笔者在神经外科临床教学中采用案例教学法收到良好效果,认为临床医学有广泛的资源实施案例教学,不仅可以很好地实现理论结合实际,而且可以培养学生的临床思维,激发学生的学习兴趣和主动获取知识的能力,是一种有效地临床教学方法。

Exploration of applying case teaching method in clinical neurosurgery teaching practice

Abstract:The ease teaching method has been used extensively in different course of learning as a new way. The authors have used this method in clinical teaching of neurosurgery and got a good effect. They hold that the ease teaching method can not only combine theory with practice, but also can cultivate an ability of clinical thinking and taking the initiative in acquiring knowledge, moreover, it can arouse students' learning interest. The conclusion is that the case teaching method is effective clinical teaching method.
