住院医师规范化培训考核体系改革的实践与探索

目的：在天津市推行新的住院医师规范化制度之际,某部队医院对原有的住院医师考核体系进行改革,探索住院医师规范化培训过程中更合理的考核体系.方法：对2012年64名住院医师实行考核绩效挂钩,与2011年63名住院医师进行常规考核不与绩效挂钩对照,通过考核体系改革评价考核效果.结果：改革后的考核体系与改革前的考核体系有显著统计学差异（P＜0.01）,改革后的考核体系有利于提高住院医师培训的积极性,提高住院医师培训的管理效率.结论：探索建立一套适合于住院医师规范化的考核体系,可有效提高住院医师规范化质量.

Study and practice on reform of evaluation system in standardized resident training

Objective：To find a more reasonable and effective evaluation process in standardized resident training during the implemen- ting course of new standardized resident training policy. Methods： 64 resident physicians to implement performance related examination for 2012 grade were combined. 63 resident physicians＇ routine examination performance for 2011 grade was not related. Examination system was evaluated and reformed through the examination results. Results：There were significant differences of reform examination system after the reform of examination system （ P 〈 0.01 ）, the enthusiasm of the residents has been fully motivated as the result of new evaluation system, and the management efficiency has been promoted as well. Conclusion：To establish a more suitable evaluation sys- tem for standardized residency training could improve the quality of standardized resident training effectively.
