摘    要:实验研究了重金属离子Pb~(2+)和Cd~(2+)对家兔主动脉条等长收缩的影响。Pb~(2+)和Cd~(2+)都能模拟Ca~(2+)的作用,在低浓度时刺激血管平滑肌的收缩,而高浓度时表现阻遏作用,与分子模型实验所得的结果一致。为重金属离子对血管平滑肌的毒害作用提供了新的解释。

Abstract:In this study we have examined the effects of Pb2+ and Cd2 + on the contraction of spiral strips of rabbit aorta. Calcium ions 25 umol/L produced a strong contraction on the strips. As pb2 + or Cd2+ substituted for Ca2+ in the strip-bathing medium, it generated the contraction. The relative extent of contraction of Ca2 + , Pb2+ and Cd2+ were 49, 15 and 19. The effects of pb2 + and Cd2+ on the contraction of aortic strips were biphasic: stimulatory at low concentrations and inhibitory at high concentrations. These results are compatible with the clinical notion that these cations cause vascular convulsions at low dose toxicity and relaxation at high dose toxicity.
