| 摘 要： | 应用Ｓｏｕｔｈｅｒｎ印迹分子杂交和免疫组化技术，检测１８例肾穿刺组织中ＨＢＶ ＤＮＡ和ＨＢＶ相关抗原的阳性情况。结果表明１５全ＢＶ ＤＮＡ阳性，其中８例成人和４例儿童为整合型，另３例儿童为游离型，有１３例ＨＢＶ抗原阳性。除肾小球外，肾小管亦表达ＨＢＶ抗原，提示ＨＢＶ ＤＮＡ在存在状态在成人主要为整合型，在儿童有整合型和游离型。

| Abstract: | HBV DNA in renal biopsy specimens from 18 glomerulonephritis patients were detected by southern blot hybridization,with the HBV antigens in them examined simultaneously by immunohistochemical techniques.It was found that HBV DNA in the renal tissue were positive in 15 cases and appeared in 2 forms,i.e.integrated HBV DNA in 8 adults and 4 children and non-replicative free HBV DNA in the other 3 children.HBV antigens were found in 13 of the 15 HBV DNA positive renal tissue specimens.It can be seen that the HBV DNA in renal tissue was mainly of integrated form in adults and was of either free or integrated form in children. The relationships between the existence of HBV DNA in renal tissue and the expression of HBV markers in infected renal tissue and blood serum are discussed. The significance of HBV DNA and HBV markers in renal tissue in the diagnosis of HBV-related nephritis is defined. |
