摘    要:目的评价优质护理服务在PET/CT中心应用的效果.方法对受检者、科室成员及临床科室发放满意度测评表,对测评表所有数据进行统计学分析.结果“优质护理服务窗口”活动实施后,病人对护理服务满意度由85.79%上升为99.23%.其中护士医疗服务意识、专业素质及综合服务态度都有了显著的提升,而不良事件发生率显著下降.结论开展“优质护理服务窗口”活动,有效地提高了护理质量,提高了患者满意度,增强了护士社会价值感.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the application effect of high quality nursing services in PET/CT center. Method We distributed satisfaction Ce-pingbiao to clients, department mumbers and clinic departments, and statistically analyzed all data of satisfaction Ce-pingbiao. Results After providing "High quality nursing service window" activities, the patients satisfaction of nursing service increased from 85.79% to 99.23%. The nurse medical service consciousness, professional quality and comprehensive service attitude had been significantly improved, the incidence of adverse events was significantly reduced. Conclusion "High quality nursing service window" activities, effectively improve the quality of nursing, mprove the patients'satisfaction, and enhance the nurses' sense of social Value.
