摘    要:目的探讨社区卫生服务机构绩效考核指标体系,为社区卫生服务机构人员绩效考评提供客观依据。方法利用TOPSIS法、RSR法、现场调查法和文献检索等方法对社区卫生服务机构绩效考核的文献进行定量分析。结果一级指标服务数量、服务质量和满意度的总效度为0.7895,说明本量表具有较高的效度。结论社区卫生服务机构完善的绩效考核指标,能提高其服务效率和服务质量,对社区卫生服务健康可持续发展起着积极的推动作用。

Analysis of community health service organization performance evaluation index system

Abstract:Objective To explore the community health service organization performance appraisal indicator system for community health service institutions,personnel performance appraisal provides objective basis.Methods The TOPSIS method,RSR method,field survey and literature retrieval methods were used on the community health services institution performance assessment literature quantitative analysis.Results The general validity of Grade One index of services,service quality and satisfaction was 0.7895%,that scale had good validity.Conclusions The community health service institutions of perfect performance evaluation indexes,which can improve the service efficiency and service quality,to community health service,health sustainable development plays a positive role.
