沃丽汀治疗玻璃体混浊的临床研究

目的探讨沃丽汀治疗玻璃体混浊的临床效果以指导临床用药。方法散瞳后直接眼底镜下分则观察比较78例101只玻璃体混浊眼，治疗前及口服沃丽汀治疗30天、60天后，玻璃体混浊情况。所有统计学数据在SPSS11．0软件包中进行X^2检验分析。结果治疗30天后，总有效率为87．1％。治疗印天后，总有效率为93％。治疗前与治疗30天、60天后分别比较，差异有非常显著性意义（P〈0．01），治疗30天与60天后比较，差异无显著性意义（P〉0，05）。结论沃丽汀作为临床上治疗玻璃体混浊的常用药，其依从性好，疗效确切。
