摘    要:目的:优选消痔灵洗剂的水提工艺。方法:以苦参碱和氧化苦参碱的含量为评价指标,按正交表L_9(3~4)设计试验,考察加水量、提取时间和提取次数3个因素。结果:提取时间对提取效果有显著影响,提取工艺的最佳参数为:加水量为10倍,提取时间为每次1h,提取次数为2次。结论:优选的提取工艺能较好地保证制剂的质量。

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the water extraction process of Xiaozhiling lotion.Methods:The extraction technology of Xiaozhiling Lotion was optimized by L9 (34) orthogonal test.Took the content of matrine and oxymatrine as index to evaluate three factors of the amount of the added-water,the duration of decoction and the frequency of decoction.Results:The frequency of decoction was the most important factor in the extraction process.The procedure of the best extraction technology was when adding 10 times of water,decocting twice with 1 hour each time.Conclusion:The optimal extraction technology shows the stabilization and feasibility in controling the quality of theproduction.
