| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨染色体畸变和脆性部位表达在鼻咽癌发病中的意义。方法 采用低叶酸培养条件和Ｇ显带方法检测一个鼻咽癌家族成员和对照者外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变和脆性部位。结果 家族组染色体畸变率和脆性部位检出数高于对照组（Ｐ〈０．００１），未发现非随机表达位点。两组以体畸变数和脆性部位检出数均呈线性关系。结论 该家族部分成员染色体不稳定性增加，对鼻咽癌的易感性有其内在的遗传背景。某些常见型脆性部位的检出可能不

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the roles of the chromosome aberrations and fragile sites in the nasopharyngeal cancer (NPC) family Methods: A NPC family and control subjects were studied for the chromosome aberrations and fragile sites by peripheral lymphocyte culture with TC 199 medium of low folic acid and Gbanding technique Results: The chromosome aberration rate and the number of fragile sites observed in the family group were higher than those in the control one (P<0001),and the expressed loci were almost randomThere was a significant association between the chromosome aberrations and fragile sites in two groups Conclusion: Some members in the family have an increasing chromosome instability,possibly predisposing to NPCThe family members with certain common fragile sites probably do not indicate an elevating risk for NPC\= |
