| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨海勤人员疲劳状况及其与应对方式的相关性。方法:用疲劳评定量表(FAI)和特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ)对566名海勤人员进行量表测评,数据采用SPSS 15.0软件包进行统计分析。结果:海勤人员在疲劳的严重程度上与健康组无明显差异,而明显低于慢性疲劳综合征(CFS)患者组(t=-37.93,P<0.01);军官的疲劳程度较士兵和士官相比明显偏重(F=4.74,P<0.01),且更具有情境特异性(F=11.18,P<0.01),并更易导致心理后果(F=9.23,P<0.01);已婚海勤人员的疲劳程度较未婚组明显偏重(t=-2.66,P<0.01);和其他专业人员相比,潜水员的疲劳程度较轻(F=3.40,P<0.05),且较少出现由于疲劳导致的严重心理后果(F=7.68,P<0.01);海勤人员疲劳的严重程度与积极应对呈显著负相关(r=-0.15,P<0.01),与消极应对呈显著正相关(r=0.49,P<0.01)。结论:海勤人员疲劳状况及特点与应对方式密切相关。
