摘    要:目的:对北虫草菌丝体、子座的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)酶活力进行对比实验,在水提取和丙酮分级提取两种方法中选择效果更好的一种。方法:利用水、丙酮分别对北虫草不同部位的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)进行提取,邻苯三酚自氧化法检测其酶活性。结果:北虫草菌丝体的SOD酶活性和蛋白含量均明显高于子座,并且丙酮分级提取的效果更优。结论:北虫草各部分的SOD酶活性和蛋白含量各不相同,不同提取方法效果也有差异。

Abstract:Objective:The Superoxide Dismutase(SOD)enzyme activity is identified by different extractations of water and acetone to mycelium and stroma of Cordyceps militaris(Fr)Link.Method:The SOD in different parts of Cordyceps militaris(Fr)Link was extracted with water and acetone respectively.Its enzyme activity was determined with the pyrogallol autoxidation method.Result:The SOD enzyme activity and the content of protein in mycelium were obviously higher than that in stroma,and the effect of fractional extraction with acetone was better.Conclusion:The SOD enzyme activity and the content of protein in different parts of Cordyceps militaris(Fr)Link are different,and the effects of different extractions are various.
