| 摘 要： | 实验结果显示，清开灵注射液能延长ＳＨＲＳＰ生存期和卒中后的存活时间，降低脑系数，减轻脑水肿，增强脑出血灶的吸收，促进肉芽组织增生，有利于病灶的修复；亦能使海马ＣＡ１区神经元损伤减轻脱失减少；神经元计数清开灵组较病理组明显增加（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示清开灵对出血性中风的治疗作用机制是通过改善脑水肿，促进出血病灶的吸收修复，保护神经细胞而实现的。

| Abstract: | The stroke prone spotaneously hypertensive rats(SHTsp)were used to study the effects of Qing Kai Ling(QKL)Injection on hemorrhagic apoplexy.The experiment results showed that when QKL was given for a period,the life span and living time of the rats after apoplexy were prolonged,the brain coefficient lowered,the brain edema reduced,the absorption of brain hemorrhage,the hyperplasia of granulation tissues and the focal repair were improved.QKL markedly increased neurone in hippocampal CA1 sector,compared with that of the pathologic group( P <0.01).It was suggested QKL's therapeutic effects might be associated with that it improve the absorption of edema and hemorrhage in the brain,improve the tissue repairments. |
