| 摘 要： | 目的 通过对本草文献记载的5个道地产区及3个非道地产区丹参有效成分含量的比较,以证明文献记载的道地产区的合理性.方法 收集文献记载的5个道地产区以及3个非道地产区共12批丹参药材,用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)进行丹参中丹参素钠、隐丹参酮、丹参酮ⅡA 3种有效成分的含量测定分析.结果 3个道地产区包括山西(S1)、河南(S2、S8)、山东(S6)所产丹参药材有效成分含量较高,其余2个道地产区包括湖北(S9)和四川(S11)和2个非道地产区包括河北(S3)、北京(S12)等产地丹参有效成分含量则相对较低.结论 研究结果部分证明了文献记载的丹参道地产区的合理性,为道地性研究奠定了基础.
