黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床量-效-毒研究

目的：通过对黄芪桂枝五物汤不同药物剂量观察疗效、毒副作用差异。方法：将68例随机分为治疗组34例和对照组34例,对照组药物剂量按1两视为3g计算,每日1剂,连用8周;治疗组药物剂量按1两等于15g,每日1剂,连用8周。结果：治疗组有效率、腓神经传导速度（NCV）,明显高于对照组,具有统计学意义,两组均未发现不良反应和肝肾功能损害证据。结论：经方考证剂量可明显提高糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）的临床疗效,未见明显毒副作用。

Research on Clinical Dose-Effect-Toxin of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction for Treating Diabetes Peripheral Neuropathy

Objective：Observe the differences on the curative,toxic and side effects of different doses of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction.Method：Categorize 68 patients（randomly selected）into two groups（each group 34 members）,one of which is the Normal Group;the other is the Compared Group or Experiment Group.Divide dose into two kinds：the bigger one（15 grams for one dosage）and the smaller one（9 grams for one dosage）.For the Normal Group patients,use one bigger dosage everyday consecutively for 8 weeks.For the Compared Group patients,use one smaller dosage everyday consecutively for 8 weeks.Result：The bigger dose is more effective to cure the patients;NCV of the Normal Group patients is much faster than the other group,which is persuasive from Statistics angle point.And no mal-function of liver and kidney or adverse reaction occurs.Conclusion：Bigger dose of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction can effectively enhance the clinical curative effect for DPN with no obvious toxic and side effect.
