摘    要:将多媒体技术引入临床实践教学和微观教学,不仅为教学改革提供了更先进的手段,而且具有更佳的信息传递、反馈效果。本文依据建构主义学习理论和教育心理学理论,从多媒体CAI和显微外科技术的特点出发,研制了断肢(指)再植CAI课件,并进行了教学评价,在应用中受到欢迎,为实现基础知识与临床实践教学的结合进行了有益的尝试。

Abstract:With the development and popularization of computer technology, great progress has been made in the application of computer-assisted instruction (CAI) to medical education. It provides more advanced methods for teaching innovation, offers better information transmission and feedback effects and a bright future when multimedia technology is applied in clinical practice and microcosmic teaching.The courseware of Replantation of Severed Limbs and Digits was developed according to constructivist learning theory,educational psychology,characteristics of CAI and microsurgical techniques.It has been evaluated in teaching and received favorable comments. It gains experience in the combination of basic knowledge and teaching of clinical practice.
