生脉注射液对酒精性肝损伤大鼠的治疗作用

目的 研究生脉注射液对酒精性肝损伤大鼠的治疗作用.方法 白酒灌胃大鼠复制酒精性肝损伤模型,采用低、高剂量的生脉注射液腹腔注射进行治疗,腹主动脉采血,检测各组血清ALT、AST水平；检测各组肝组织匀浆SOD、MDA水平,以及肝细胞凋亡率.结果 酒精灌胃3d后血清AST增加,与对照组相比,低、高剂量生脉注射液治疗组SOD增加,ALT和AST均降低,肝细胞凋亡率降低,MDA也显著降低,形态学改变不明显.低、高剂量生脉注射液治疗组各组数据无明显差异.结论 生脉注射液对酒精性肝损伤大鼠有一定治疗作用.

Therapeutic effects of shengmai injection on alcohol-induced liver injury in rats

Objective To determine the therapeutic effects of shengmai injection on the alcohol-induced liver injury in rats.Methods Rats were administered intragastrically with liquor to duplicate the alcohol-induced liver injury model and then were given intraperitoneal injection of lower and higher doses of shengmai injection.The serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase.(AST) in abdominal aorta were detected.The superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) levels in hepatic tissue and cell apoptosis were measured.Results Compared with the control group,AST level was increased after intragastrical administration with liquor for 3 days.Compared with the model group,the lower and higher doses of shengmai injection increased SOD contents,decreased ALT and AST levels and cell apoptosis and MDA level.However,no morphological Changes were seen.Furthermore,there was no significant difference between lower and higher doses of shengmai injection groups.Conclusion Shengmai injection has therapeutic effects on alcohol-induced liver injury in rats.
