| 摘 要： | 1985年7月,在双江县农村畜圈捕获成年雌性蚊虫5属14种882只。三带喙库蚊是优势蚊种,构成比高达59.98％。对采获蚊虫用C6/36细胞和乳鼠方法分离病毒,结果从三带喙库蚊和伪杂鳞库蚊中各分离到1株乙型脑炎病毒,表明三带喙库蚊是该县乙型脑炎病毒的主要传播媒介。

| Abstract: | In July 1985,882 adult female mosquitoes belonging to 14 species of 5 genera were captured from Shungjing county, Yunnan province,China. Culex tritaeniorhynchus was the superior species of mosquitoes. Mosquitoes collected were examined by C6/36 cell method and suckling mouse method. Astrain of Japanese encephalitis(JE)virus was isolated from C. tritaeniorhynchus (529 mosquitoes, 13 pools). A strain of JE virus was isolated from C. pseu-dovishnui (83 mosquitoes, 4 pools). Isolation of virus was negative to other species of mosquitoes. These results indicated that C. tritaeniorhynchus might be the main transmitting vector of JE virus in Shuangjing. |
