河北省结核病乡镇卫生院查痰点工作实施效果分析

目的分析评价2005-2009年河北省结核病乡镇卫生院查痰点工作实施效果,为提高全省乡镇卫生院查痰点实施工作质量和制订实施规范提供科学依据。方法收集分析河北省结核病县级和乡镇卫生院查痰点季报表、县级实验室和乡镇卫生院查痰点质量控制结果报表。结果 2005-2009年全省乡镇卫生院查痰点共查痰166 255例,查出涂片阳性肺结核患者1016例,检出率为0.61%。各查痰点工作质量差异较大,查痰点痰涂片检查工作质量低于县级实验室(P(0.01)。结论乡镇卫生院查痰点已成为肺结核患者发现的一种途径,在涂阳结核病人发现中发挥了一定作用,但各查痰点工作发展不平衡、工作质量低,需进一步规范、提高,并视具体情况设立查痰点,使查痰点在结核病防治规划涂阳肺结核患者发现工作中发挥更大作用。

Analysis on implementation effect of sputum collecting point in town hospital of Hebei province
