| 摘 要： | 随着医疗体制改革和医学模式的转变,未来社会需要的是一批专业知识牢固、职业道德高尚的医生。本文通过分析医生基本职业道德的重要性,结合带教过程中发现的实习医生在此方面的不足,提出在临床实习中培养学生基本职业道德的方法,探讨综合性医学人才培养的途径。

| Abstract: | In pace with the reform of the medical system and the transformation of the medical model,in future,it is necessary for doctors to have not only solid foundation of knowledge but also high and healthy professional virtues.This paper analysised the importance of doctors' basic moral outlook and the shortcomings of the interns.The objective of the article was to bring out some methods to cultivate students' core moral sensibilities during their clinical practice and to find a more effective and better way to educate comprehensive medical staff. |
